  • Payment cookies set by Stripe and PayPal — only on the checkout page, strictly necessary to process your transaction
  • Analytics & marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC; Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms, Inc.) — Google Analytics uses Consent Mode v2 and does not collect personal data until you give consent; Meta Pixel is only activated after your explicit consent, to show relevant ads and measure campaign performance

Technical cookies are used without consent, as strictly necessary. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) are only fully activated after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

3. E-Commerce Terms

Orders and Contracts

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Payment

We accept payments via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Italy. Please note the following for international orders:

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe (EU): 3-7 business days
  • UK: 5-10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Restricted Countries

We currently do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)

If you are a consumer (individual purchasing for personal use), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise

To withdraw, contact us at info@carbontronic.com with a clear statement of your decision. Return the products within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

6. Legal Warranty

All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005):

  • Duration: 2 years from delivery
  • Coverage: Defects existing at delivery
  • Remedies: Repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of CARBONTRONIC S.r.l. and is protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with functionality
  • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARBONTRONIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rovigo, Italy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
